ABOUT THE MISSION:
Mr. Matthew was a Sergeant First class in the United States Army having served twenty years, with two tours in Vietnam. During his service time he was awarded: Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal(w/silver, 1 Loop), National Defense Service Medal,, Vietnam Service Medal (w/4 Bronze Service Stars), Expert Badge (Rifle), Master Aircraft Crewman Badge, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation (w/Palm), Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon.
