Mr. Daily served his country in Vietnam as a helicopter mechanic. His awards and commendations include NDSM\, VN Service Medal\, VN campaign Medal\, Aircraft Crewman’s Badge\, ACM\, 1 O/S Bar\, and an Honorable Discharge. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police\, the American Legion\, the Commander of the VFW Honor Guard\, and a member of the Southside Baptist Church. He also served as a Police Chief and Fire Chief.
