ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders will honor William “Bill” Helton, 70, Air Force, Vietnam Era of Fallon, NV with a Silent Flag line and escort to his final place of rest. Mr. Helton served his country during the Vietnam war. He was in air weather service for 13 years before becoming an Air Traffic Controller. He was also a paratrooper. He served for 21 years before retiring in 1985. Mr. Helton passed in Fallon, NV, but he requested to be buried in Chattanooga.
