Tennessee has lost another one of her heroes.The family of Sp 4 William Barr, U.S, Army, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to their loved one with a Silent flag line at his final place of rest, it will be our honor to do so.Mr. Barr served honorably in the U. S. Army from April, 1983 to March 1990. Mr. Barr received many ribbons and awards, but was most proud of the Tennessee National Guard Commendation Ribbon.Mr. Barr stood for us, now it’s Our Time to stand for him.
