Bill was an Army Ranger in the Vietnam war. Bill’s passion was helping other veterans in need. Through his many connections it was easy for him to help and he was always available day or night. Bill’s other passion was riding his motorcycle. It gave him peace. He assisted in getting the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association 13-1 and 13-3 Chapters up and running.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 05-04-19 \nStaging Time: 10:00 am  \nGW Hunters\n615 N.
