Bill served in the  US Army from 1944-1946\, separating with the rank of Sgt. Decorations include the “Ruptured Duck”\, the WW II Victory Medal.\n\nFuneral arrangements are being provided by Partlow Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon.  \nVisitation: 1000 Saturday June 4 at the funeral home\n\nService: 1100 following visitation\n\nBurial: immediately following Service\n\nStaging: 0900 at the funeral home\, 601 S.
