STAGING INFORMATION:
We will be staging at the Garden State Diner at the corner of CR 537 and CR 545. All riders should be ready to leave at 1430. The group will proceed to the main gate of Ft. Dix on Route 68 and will wait there to meet up with the busses carrying the soldiers as they exit Ft. Dix. Be safe everyone. The weather should be pretty good for a ride.

Very Short Notice Welcome Home Escort for New Jersey Army National Guard Troops, Ft. Dix to Hackettstown, NJ 15JUN09
I have just received a phone call from the FRG for this unit requesting an escort of these New Jersey Army National Guard Troops going home to Hackettstown after returning from their deployment to Iraq. These folks were originally supposed to leave Ft. Dix over the week-end, but because of processing problems, they have been delayed. Their hometown is anxious to welcome them home, and we have been asked to make sure they arrive properly escorted.
This mission will consist of an escort from Ft. Dix to Hackettstown. The troops will be ready to depart Ft. Dix at 1500. We will escort them home to Hackettstown to their waiting family and friends. Staging information and ride itineraries will be posted as they become available.
