He has completed his                   4 year service with the US Marine Corps and will be                   returning through Chicago to Madison.  His family will                   be bringing him home and it would be wonderful to show                   him a hero’s welcome home. Of course\, he says he was                   just doing his duty and it “No big deal” but for those                   of you who have had family in the service you know it                   IS a big deal. \nThese are great events and something                   we can celebrate\, it’s good for the soul.  Per PGR Policy                   we cannot escort an individual but we will establish a                   flag line and line the streets to let the neighborhood                   know that Joe is home.\n\nWe have been invited to stay for the                   celebration and get to know Joe. \nStaging will be in the                   cul-de-sac of Topaz Lane north of Martha Lane on the                   East side of Madison\, WI.
