ABOUT THE MISSION:

SN Wayne Olin Carter served his country proudly for 3 years, 11 months and 3 days while spending 3 years and 3 months in a foreign or/and sea service and his medals and awards include The National Defense and China Service.
SN Carter was married for 61 years and had 1 boy and one girl. From here he had 3 grand-daughters which produced 13 great-grand-children.  He and his wife Evelyn spent the retirement years traveling “America The Beautiful” with friends.  He was a very generous man and he spent his adult years teasing the grand and great-grand kids as no one could.
