The family of SP4 Wayne Howard, U.S. Army, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand tall and silent in honor of their loved one.SP4 Howard served his nation with honor stationed in Europe in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves from 1966-1972, receiving the National Defense Medal.
