Warren Gillespie, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been asked by the family of CPO Gillespie to stand for him as he once stood for us and the Patriot Guard will be honored to do so. CPO Gillespie served in the US Navy from July 20, 1944 – 6/13/1946. He served in the Pacific theater and was stationed in Hawaii as a ships mechanic. He was awarded the Pacific American Area medal, Victory WWII Medal, Pacific Theater Medal. After his service he came home, married, had a family and spent his life farming. He leaves behind 1 son, 3 daughters and a number of grand and great-grand children.
