DESCRIPTION:The family of Mr.  Walter Taylor has requested the Patriot Guard to honor the life and  U.S. Merchant Marine service of their loved one. We are honored to be  able to fulfill that request. \n\nMr. Taylor served with the Merchant Marines during WWII. \n\nSTAGING: \nWatkins Funeral Home \n163 North Ave. \nJonesboro\, GA \n1015 (10:15 AM) \nWed. 22 June 2016 \n\nWe  will stand a flag line during the visitation from 1030 until the  beginning of the service at 1200. At the conclusion of the service we  will escort Mr. Taylor to his final resting place at Sherwood Memorial  Gardens in Jonesboro.
