Veteran’s Day Celebration

ABOUT THE MISSION:

This is the annual Veterans Day Celebration at this school. They have had the PGR ride onto the school grounds then form a flag line during this event for the past 8 years.
The ceremony will include the Color Guard from Skyline High School, passing out flags, and songs from the Taft Elementary Student Choir. Be there to meet the students and experience a great day of watching students honor our veterans.

, Staging is in the rear parking area of the school, which is accessible from N. 98th Place. Take E. University Drive and go north onto North 98th Place, just past Quarterline Rd, is the parking area on the left.

Briefing at 1:15 p.m.

We will enter the playground area, turn right and park in the basketball court. Once we get flags, we will form a flag line in front of the students. The program will last approximately 30 minutes.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
