Mr. Hicks was born on October 31, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on June 17, 2016.

He served in the United States Air Force from 1961 until 1964.

Mr. Hicks was living in Bossier City, Louisiana at the time of his death.

This is the second Veterans service that we will be doing at roughly the same time, there will be two flags folded and Taps will be sounded twice.

Bossier City Corners Office and Veterans Cemetery said there will be no family at this Veterans Service.
