Thirty-one years ago\, the USS Avenger was commissioned and was first homeported in Charleston\, SC. The Plankowners’ reunion is set to take place aboard the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant. Once the procession arrives\, PGR members will form a flag line at the entrance leading to the USS Yorktown to honor the group as they pass.
