A military family must say good-bye to Technical Sergeant (Ret) John Anthony Raynes, Sr. on Tuesday. They have requested that his many years of service in the United States Air Force be honored by the presence of Patriot Guard Riders.
TSgt Raynes served for more than 20 years in the Air Force before separating from service in 2001. He was called on for several deployments in combat and non-combat zones. The family has a strong military tradition with both the ancestors and descendants of TSgt Raynes serving in uniform.
Please join with your fellow Patriot on Tuesday as we honor the long and faithful service of a man who followed and then passed on the tradition of military service. TSgt Raynes enjoyed riding his motorcycle. It is appropriate then that motorcycles be in attendance on Tuesday.
