Steed\, 68\, of Kosciusko. A native of Attila County\,  Troy served in the U.S. Army. He served in Vietnam with the 1st Calvary  Division. His military awards includes the Bronze Star\, Mobile Air  Medal and Purple Heart. \nMr. Steed served his community for 31 years as a police officer and as Attila County Sheriff. \nTroy was a Charter member of the American Legion Riders at Post 44.
