DESCRIPTION:HOTH Mission\n09/11 Traveling Memorial\n\nWashington\, Missouri – 08-06-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nLadies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, please join us in escorting the 9/11 Memorial exhibit to the Washington Missouri Fairgrounds\, where it will be seen by thousands of visitors during the 2019 fair.  This memorial is a 53 foot long vehicle\, which transforms into a 1\,000 square foot exhibit that is intended to educate people about the 9/11 attacks.  It also provides a memorial so that we never forget the 400+ First Responders that gave their lives in the wake of events that took place on September 11\, 2001.  The memorial will include some of the actual Twin Tower I-beam structure\, have actual recordings of the radio transmissions from First Responders\, and offer tours guided by retired New York City Police and Fire Fighters.  It will be the honor of the Patriot Guard to escort the 9/11 Memorial\, along with many active First Responders\, through the streets of Washington\, Missouri for the public to show their respect\, and offer their gratitude for those who lost their lives protecting us on 9/11\, and for those who continue to protect us daily.  Our mission will be complete after the 9/11 Memorial safely arrives at the Washington Missouri Fairgrounds.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 08-06-19 \nStaging Time: 10:00 am \nN-Sports\n3101 Recreation Drive (Hwy 100\, East end of town)\nWashington\, Missouri 63090\n\n\nRide Captain: \nJeff ‘Tattoo’ Hirsch\njeff.stlpgr@gmail.com\n314.210.6307\nFlag support:  TBD\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \n10:00 – Staging w/ ride meeting to follow\n10:15 – Arrival of 09/11 exhibit.\n11:00 – Escort to Washington Fairgrounds\n11:30 – Dismissal\n\nFlags & Water:\n\nFlags will be provided\nIf you have large bike flags\, please bring them.\nWater will be provided.\n\n\n\n\nSubmitted By: Jeff Hirsch \nPosition: Missouri Ride Captain \n\nNote: You do not have to own/ride a motorcycle or be a veteran to join\, and membership is Free.
