Boyce has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in his military honors funeral. \nWHEN / WHERE:\nWednesday\, August 17\, 2016 \nSchuylerville\, NY \nLRC:\nGene Jones\nrem2arms@aol.com \nABOUT THE MISSION:\nTom E. Boyce answered his country’s call to service during the Vietnam War. Tom attained the rank of Specialist 4th Class while serving in an Artillery unit. He received the Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Overseas Bars. \nTom returned from service to the work as a facilities manager for apartment complexes – a career from which he retired.  In recent years he was a valued employee at Spitzies.  He loved riding his motorcycle. \nThe Patriot Guard Riders will be privileged to be there to render Honor\, Dignity and Respect for the life and service of Tom E. Boyce.
