Honor Mission
Timothy McAndrews Jr., Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of Sgt Timothy McAndrews, United States Marine Corps, to escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery and stand in his honor. Sgt McAndrews served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years and was honorably discharged 12 November 2012. He was awarded the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. He was 31 years of age when he passed from this earth.

Special Instructions:

NAS Pensacola requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be worn while riding during this mission and maintained until leaving Pensacola, NAS. Face masks are mandatory and will be in place from the beginning of the brief until completion of the mission. If you remove your face mask while riding, put it back in place when you get off your bike/vehicle. Individual hand sanitizer is encouraged. Maintain 20 feet distance from family and guest and a minimum of 6 feet between riders. There is to be no physical contact with family and guests.
12:45 pm – Briefing for all riders
1:00 pm – KSU to Christian Family Funeral Home
1:30 pm – KSU to Barrancas National Cemetery, shelter A with LEO escort
2:00 pm – Committal services at Barrancas National Cemetery
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
