Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, the family of Thomas Halley III has invited the PGR to stand in Honor of their fallen Hero, just as he once stood for us.
It will be our distinct privilege to stand for Mr. Halley and his family during this time of sorrow.
Mr. Halley served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1971. After returning home, he worked as an Iron Worker Local 396 and retired after 42 years.
Father, Grandfather and avid motorcycle rider.
Welcome home, and Thank you Mr. Halley, from a Grateful Nation. You will never be forgotten.
