The family of ENS Thomas F Devlin, Sr. has asked the PGR to stand a Flag Line at the service at 11:00AM. Visitation will be from 09:00AM to 11:00AM followed by a graveside service. This will be a Respect line, accompany to gravesite and Flag Line, USN will perform honors.
