In March 2007 before surgery he penned these words: “Decorated Marine Corps vet\, Proud to serve and loved his country. Greatest moment in his life was accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior. Most cherished decoration was Sikorsky Life Saver Pin. Best earthly happening was meeting his wife Gloria.” Our Hero was a helicopter pilot during his 3 tours in Vietnam.
