DESCRIPTION:Thao\, Khoua Vang\, Veteran\n RLAF – Vietnam\nSacramento\, California – 02 Sep 2017\n\n[HR][/HR]\nABOUT THE MISSION: \n\nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been  requested by the family of SGT Thao\, Khoua Vang to assist them in  honoring his service to America.  The PGR are honored to do so. \nSGT Thao\, Khoua Vang served in the Royal Lao Armed Forces (RLAF) in  combat operations against the Soviet backed North Vietnam Army forces  during the 404 Project in Laos assisting the CIA.  He received two US  CONGRESSIONAL COMMENDATIONS AND CITATIONS for his service in the  destruction of enemy troop and supply convoys and a USAF COMMANDO  CITATION for the rescuing of American air personnel during combat  operations. \nThis will be a two part mission. \nPart one on 02 Sep 2017 will consist of a flag line only at the funeral service. \nPart two on 05 Sep 2017 will consist of a flag line at the funeral home  for the honorable transfer of Thao\, KV to the funeral coach.
