The family of AMH1 Terry Michael Mayle (74) graciously requests the Patriot Guard Riders’ presence to stand a flag line during his memorial service at Jacksonville National Cemetery. P.O.1 Mayle served his country in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. Prior to retirement, he served as a Systems Operational Maintenance Technician. His personal awards include: National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, USAF Commendation Medal, USCG Unit Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, USAF Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2 awards), Battle “E” Ribbon, and Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon

PGR COVID-19 and National Cemetery guidelines will be followed. Face covering will be worn during the entire mission, Social distancing of at least 6 FT will be done by PGR members and at least 20 FT from families will be adhered to.
Flags & Water:
Flags will not be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
It is my honor and privilege to stand with and for those who dared stand where many feared to tread. Your loss is immeasurable but it will mark again the strength and fortitude of the families who raised and supported our heroes, our disciplined, our courageous, among whom you are included. Thank you for your fortitude and sacrifices. We are thusly forever bonded.
