The family of Sgt William Finley, USA WWII Veteran has asked the PGR to stand a flag-line at his service on Fri. 7-19-19, to be held at 2:00 PM. The PGR will accompany to Memorial Park Cemetery at 51st and Memorial, Tulsa, Okla.
