“Talons Out” Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.

ABOUT THE MISSION:
Please join us as we stand a Flag Line at the Fox Run Retirement Community in Novi, sending off one (1) WW II Veteran, three (3) Korean War Veterans, and one (1) Cold War Era Veteran, as they journey to Washington D.C. to visit the Nation’s War Memorials. Their Honor Flight will depart on Saturday, June 1st from the Kalamazoo Airport, but first they will attend a Reception and Dinner at the Delta Hotel in Kalamazoo Friday evening.

Briefing: NoonFlag Line: following Briefing until 1:00 PM
Enter the Fox Run Retirement Community N/of 13 Mile Rd., W/of M-5. After turning in and stopping at the guard shack, turn RIGHT, and drive counter-clockwise on Fox Run Rd. Proceed to the north end of the property to parking lot “J” and look for the yellow PGR Flag. Turn left, and look for the designated parking spot for us. I will have 10 Flags available, but suggest you still bring your own. We will most likely be outside for this Flag Line, so dress accordingly.
