Stuart Allen Kanofsky (76) was a decorated Vietnam War Veteran who proudly served his country in the Marine Corps (1963-1968) and Air Force from (1968 – 1972). While with the US Marine Corps, he spent more than 2 years in country in Vietnam and was a battlefield promotion to Gunnery Sergeant. His personal awards include: Distinguished Service Medal; Joint Service Achievement Medal; National Defense Medal; Vietnam Campaign Medal; Purple Heart Medal (2); Good Conduct Medal (2); Vietnam Service Medal; Meritorious Mast; Air Medal; North Africa Service Medal; Southeast Asia Service Medal.
