ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Veteran Steven Albert Zweibahamer, 72, has requested the PGR participate in his Funeral Service and Graveside service and provide an escort from the church in Plattsmouth to the Omaha National Cemetery on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. After graduating from high school in 1966, Steve enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was stationed in Spain, Albuquerque, NM, San Antonio, TX, and served in Vietnam for a year. He retired in 1992 at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. Steve, aka Mr. Z, loved being a part of the community. His time owning Mr. Z’s Video Store brought him much joy as he made long lasting relationships with everyone who entered. Steve was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Knights of Columbus Father Shine Council #1966, Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543, and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #365 all of Plattsmouth.

Military Rites will be conducted by the Offutt Air Force Base Military Rites Team of Bellevue..Following the Ceremony and on the Ride Captains command, the flag holders shall exit the flag line silently and single file to the Flag vehicle with the Flags unfurled.
