Van Tyle \nUSMC  – Vietnam \nMarietta\, Georgia – 01 Apr 2017\n\n\n[HR][/HR] \n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe family of Steven Robert Van Tyle has extended an invitation for  the  Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their beloved hero.   I have  informed  them that it would be our honor to accept that invitation.   A  memorial  service for Steven Van Tyle will be held at 12 noon at the  Mountain View  United Methodist Church\, Marietta\, Georgia.  We will  stand a silent  flag line for the arrival of family and friends for a  one hour period  prior to the commencement of the service. \nCaptain Steven Van Tyle served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps from   1967 until 1972 serving tours of duty in Vietnam.   He was born  January  2\, 1945 in Frankfort\, Indiana and attended Indiana University.   After  leaving military service\, Mr. Van Tyle entered the  Pharmaceutical and  Medical profession making it a career for 46 years. \nSteven Van Tyle loved his country and the Marine Corps.
