Steven Charles Farnsworth, Active Duty

Kirksville, Missouri – 10-16-20


The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand a silent flag line for Police Chief Steven Charles Farnsworth of Kirksville, Missouri. Chief Farnsworth began his career at the Kirksville Police Department on June 9, 1986 as a Patrol Officer. After many promotions he rose to the rank of Chief of Police on June 3, 2019.
Steve also served as a School Resource Officer, D.A.R.E. Instructor,Community Policing Officer, a member of the Special Response Team (SWAT), Missouri Police Chiefs Association (MPCA), Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and was the current President of the NEMO Crisis Team.
