ABOUT THE MISSION:
We have once again been called to stand silent and proud for one who stood for us. The family of SSgt. Stephen Joseph Gulyas, Jr. (USMC, Ret.) has asked that we stand a flag line in honor of their loved one and that we provide an escort for him as he completes his final mission. As always, it will be our honor to accept this request with respect and dignity. SSgt. Gulyas went on to his final duty station on April 28, 2019. He loved and faithfully served his country in the USMC.

11:15 – Stage flags, await family arrival
12:00 – Family and friends start arriving
1:00 – Service begins. Once the service begins, we will stand down the flag line and flags, stand-by for honors and escort.
Escort upon completion of the service. Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Montford Point Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Once we arrive at the cemetery we will dismount and form a flag line for the Graveside Ceremony to be conducted at 2:00 pm.
