ABOUT THE MISSION:

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, we have been invited by the family of PVT Stephen E. Smiley to attend the Memorial/Celebration of Life in his honor. Mr. Smiley enlisted in the US Army Air Corps on 5 Oct 1946 and transitioned into the US Air Force when it was established as a separate service. PVT Smiley was honorably discharged 26 March 1949. Please join with us to honor this American Hero.

Special Instructions:

The RHG will be conducted by elements of SW District and NW District of Patriot Guard Riders. SW will meet and pass responsibility for the RHG to NW at the Sea-Tac Rest Area located at MP 140 on I-5 Northbound, Federal Way, WA 98003. (RHG has been pre-selected for Phase II, Sunday the 23rd).
11:45 am – Stage/Sign in.
12:00 pm – Mission Brief.
12:15 pm – KSU to mission location, Flag line established.
1:00 pm – Service begins, PGR Plaque presentation at end of service.
1:30 pm – Fade away, debrief

Water will be provided.
