Wolniewicz\, Veteran\nUSA  – WWII\nCheektowaga\, New York – 30 Oct 2017\n\n\n[HR][/HR]\nABOUT THE MISSION: \n\nWe have been requested to stand in Honor of another WWII Veteran. Raymond I. Wolniewicz of Cheektowaga passed away on October 26th. Mr. Wolniewicz served in the US Army Air Force from 1944-1946\, including 12 months in the Central Pacific Theater with the 466th Aerial Engineers\, 71st Air Service Group. He was Honorably Discharged on 12 August 1946 with rank of Corporal\, and was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and WWII Victory Medal.
