Johnson has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders stand a flag line at his visitation and service and escort him to his final resting place at Leavenworth National (VA) Cemetery. The visitation and service will be at Davis Funeral Home.\nCPL Johnson received the National Defense Service Medal\, the Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal\, and the Good Conduct Medal.
