Seaman  Douglas Yale served in the United States Navy from 9/21/66 to 9/20/68\,  then served in the Reserves. Upon completion of service he received an  Honorable Discharge. While on active duty Seaman Yale served on the USS  Yosemite (AD19). Yale  received  a National Defense Service Medal.
