Main St.\nCoupeville\, Washington – 98249\n  \n\nRide Captain:\nTK “Chutzpah” Johnson\ntk@pgrofwa.org\n360-929-0385\n\nSpecial Instructions:\nPHASE ONE – SCHEDULE:\n0845 hrs – RC arrives\n0900 hrs – Riders arrive & sign in\n0920 hrs – Briefing\n0930 hrs – KSU for memorial location\n0945 hrs – Flag Line in place to receive Guests & Dignitaries\n1000 hrs – Ceremony begins\n1030 hrs – Flag Line fade away / debrief – KSU to phase two \n\nPHASE TWO – SCHEDULE:\n1100 hrs – RC & Riders arrive\n1115 hrs – Flag Line in place to receive Guests & Dignitaries\n1130 hrs – Ceremony begins\n1200 hrs – Flag Line fade away / debrief \nThe timing between ceremonies is tight\, but very doable.\nWeather forecast is Sunny & 70.
