ABOUT THE MISSION:

Ladies & Gentlemen of the PGR,
We have been honored once again to show our respect and appreciation for our Country’s Heroes by participating in two Memorial Day Ceremonies.



PRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 29 May 2017


Primary Staging Time: 0845 A.M.
Coupeville Park & Ride
201 S. Main St.
Coupeville, Washington – 98249

Special Instructions:
PHASE ONE – SCHEDULE:
0845 hrs – RC arrives
0900 hrs – Riders arrive & sign in
0920 hrs – Briefing
0930 hrs – KSU for memorial location
0945 hrs – Flag Line in place to receive Guests & Dignitaries
1000 hrs – Ceremony begins
1030 hrs – Flag Line fade away / debrief – KSU to phase two

PHASE TWO – SCHEDULE:
1100 hrs – RC & Riders arrive
1115 hrs – Flag Line in place to receive Guests & Dignitaries
1130 hrs – Ceremony begins
1200 hrs – Flag Line fade away / debrief

The timing between ceremonies is tight, but very doable.
Weather forecast is Sunny & 70. Please plan accordingly.



Flags & Water:
Flags Will Be Provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
