Fellow Riders,
It is with heavy heart that I must inform you that America has lost another True American Hero… The family of SSgt John Massey Senior, 77 yrs. old who passed away on 21 March 2017 has requested the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of their loved one. Mr. Massey served in the US Marine Corps for 12 yrs. and 8 months and was Honorably Discharged. SSgt Massey was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon, the President Unit Citation, the Good Conduct Medal w/3 clusters, the Vietnamese Campaign Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense, M14 Rife, and 45 Cal Pistol expert

Interment: 1330. at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL
