ABOUT THE MISSION:

The wife of Fay P. Ryan has requested that the PGR have custody of her husband’s cremated remains and escort him to Saratoga National Cemetery for direct interment.

Fay Patrick Ryan joined the US Army in Sep. ’66. He was sent to Vietnam where he quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant, E-5 – Infantry Team Leader. During his tour, Fay was wounded three times and was awarded three Purple Hearts.
