ABOUT THE MISSION:

20 Veteran Inurnment Service
3 Air Force, 8 Army, 3 Marines, and 6 Navy
(Two Veterans are Retired)

The North Texas Patriot Guard Riders will join with the DFW National Cemetery and Dallas County to honor these veterans and provide the respect they deserve on their last mission.

Special Instructions:
The service will consist of a short invocation by Chaplain Jackson, followed by rifle volley, playing of taps, and folding of four flags (one flag per branch, one honor guard team per branch).

Then the Honor Guard will begin presenting flags as the PGR reads off the person’s name and a short history (branch of service, war periods). Each branch will return to retrieve another flag from the table until all flags are presented. Once completed, the Chaplain will offer a benediction.

A few relatives may be present but the PGR has been asked to be able to provide 20 riders to receive the flags if no family or friends are present to receive the flag.

Flags Will Be Provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
