Holloman AFB Middle School Graduation

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The PGR has been invited by the Holloman AFB Middle School Principal to provide a flag line during their 8th grade graduation ceremony.

We will provide the flag line and the Holloman AFB Steel Talons Honor Guard will present the colors.

Special Instructions:

We will stage at the old Wal-Mart parking lot on US-54 South (across from the Giant convenience store) at 0725 hours, briefing at 0730, and KSU at 0740 hours.

Anyone attending from Las Cruces, meet us at the HAFB Visitors Center by the main gate at 0800 hours.

Since this is an on base mission, a few items that we don’t normally require must be followed. Motorcycle riders are required to wear appropriate PPE consisting of helmet, eye protection, long sleeve shirt or jacket, full fingered gloves, long pants, and boots covering the ankle.

Anyone who does not have base access must be added to the access list. In order to be added, the Ride Captain must receive some information from you NO LATER THAN noon on Friday, 19 May 2017. The following information is required: FULL LEGAL NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, PLACE OF BIRTH, DATE OF BIRTH, AND CITIZENSHIP. If you have already provided that information to Jim “Deacon Jim” Ernst for previous on base missions you do not need to resubmit it. But, you must inform him that you plan on attending and have previously provided the requested information.

If you do not have base access and have not provided the required information prior to Friday, 19 May, please do not show up for this mission. You will NOT be able to enter the base.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.

Water will be provided.
