Rogers has requested Patriot Guard Riders to escort and honor their hero’s service. \nSGT Lindsay Rogers has served in the US Army for many years\, transferred to US Army Reserves and was then called back to Active Duty. SGT Rogers served 2 tours in Afghanistan in combat areas fighting the Global War on Terror. \nSGT Rogers was currently residing in California when she was tragically killed by a drunk driver while walking with her fiancée.  SGT Rogers is from the state of Alabama and is returning home for her final roll call. \nPGR will meet and escort SGT Rogers and her family from the airport in Birmingham to the White Chapel Funeral Home in Montgomery.
