For current details on this mission\, please follow the link below. \nRaymond Dejon Meyer\, Veteran \nUSA ARNG  – WoT\nPortland\, Oregon – 24 Feb 2017\n \n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION:\nLadies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, we have been requested to stand for Raymond Dejon Meyer\, age 43. Raymond served 2 tours of duty in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan; serving as a Combat Field Medic. Prior to that he served approximately 15 years in the Oregon National Guard. He had many friends in the National Guard and US Army and co-workers at Emmanuel Hospital where he worked as an Emergency Technician. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Sgt (E-5). Raymond was awarded the Iraq Campaign Medal w/3 Stars\, Army Commendation Medal (2nd Award)\, Army Achievement Medal\, Army Good Conduct Medal\, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (4th Award)\, National Defense Service Medal w/Bronze Star\, and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/2 Stars.
