WWII USAAC Eugene Arneson, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

Eugene Arneson was born on 20 January 1920 in Roland, Iowa to Burt and Bella Arneson. At the age of 24 Eugene entered into the United States Army Air Corp to serve our great country during WWII. He proudly served from 1944 through 1946.
In 2011 USAAC Veteran Eugene Arneson joined several other WWII Veterans and boarded the Honor Flight from Tucson, AZ to Washington, D.C. to pay homage to his brothers whom he fought beside during the war and to be recognized for being part of the United States greatest generation.
WWII Veteran Eugene Arneson passed on 27 November 2016 at 96 years of age.
He leaves a legacy of four children, grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, and a special friend, Geri Thompsen.
He is preceded in death by his wife Arlene and former spouse, Eileen.
He will be remembered for his love for his family, classic cars and music.
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited and it will be an honor to stand a flag line for his memorial service.
Please come with your flags mounted if you have the ability to do so.
