ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Richard A. Parker, Vietnam Veteran, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand in honor of their loved one at the Wallace Funeral Home in Barboursville, WV, and that we provide final escort to the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veteran’s Cemetery in Institute, WV.
The escort part of this mission covers a distance of approximately 33 miles, and will likely take place on I-64. If you plan to fly flags, they must be able to withstand sustained highway speeds.
