SSgt McIver joined the United States Marine Corps on February 4\, 1948; he served on active duty for 4 years and 4 days.  SSgt McIver was awarded the Good Conduct Medal; Korean Service Medal w/1 star and United Nations Service Medal. \nTrahan Family Funeral Home 419 Yoakum Ct. Pensacola\, Florida\, will be in charge of all funeral arrangements.
