Walter served from 1975 to 2000.  He leaves behind his loving wife Connie\, daughters and many other family and friends. \nWe will escort him from the Holloman Brown Chapel on Princess Anne Road to Albert G Horton\, Jr Memorial Veterans Cemetery\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS:  20 Mar 2017\n\nPrimary Staging Time:  1:00 P.M.\nHolloman Brown Funeral Home 3445 Princess Anne Road\, Virginia Beach\, VA 23456\nVirginia Beach\, Virginia – 23456\n  \n\nRide Captain:\nThere is no Ride Captain Assigned at this time.  If we do not have a Ride Captain\, this will be a flag line only at AGH.  You can join in on the procession leaving Holloman Brown but we can not lead unless we have a RC. \nPlease reach out to me if you can assist in coordinating a flag line at AGH.\n\nSpecial Instructions:\nStage Time: 1300\nBrief: 1345\nKSU 1400 Sharp \nService with full military honors at 1500 at Albert G. Horton Jr Memorial Veterans Cemetary \n\nFlag mounts will be inspected at the brief.  Inspection does not constitute approval.  Each rider is responsible for their own mount. \nPlease monitor the weather and choose your transportation appropriately. \nSPECIAL NOTE: Safety is of our utmost priority. Every effort possible is made in planning and executing the PGR MISSION Statement in a manner that minimizes the inherit dangers of riding a motorcycle\, including riding in groups of all sizes and any situation. While the PGR and its riders have a remarkable safety record in the execution of our missions\, infrequently members have been injured in unforeseen accidents. In an effort to mitigate the risk of preventable accidents\, all attendees who wish to ride in a Patriot Guard motorcycle escort or Honor Mission are asked to attend the pre-mission briefing. It will include a safety briefing and any unique ride information known to our Ride Captain(s) that may be specific to the mission. Member safety and well- being is always a principal ongoing concern. Our Ride Captains are asked to stand down from any mission that cannot be accomplished in relative safety or unreasonable risk. This includes both rides and flag lines in inclement weather and other conditions. It remains each individual PGR member’s responsibility to ride within their own comfort zone and be cognizant of their surroundings and skill limitations as well as any physical needs or limitations.
