ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Family of Veteran Charles William Evans, 82, USN, /USAF, of Gordon & Hyannis, Nebraska has requested the Patriot Guard Riders provide a flag Line at his funeral service in Gordon, Nebraska, on Monday, February 20th for the 11am service at Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home; an escort to the Gordon Cemetery and a Flag line at the Graveside service.
At the age of 17 our Heroes father gave him permission to join the Navy. He spent 4 years in the Navy and then enlisted in the Air Force. He had all his oversea duties completed when he married his wife, Dorothy in 1962. He was stationed in Albuquerque, NM, 6 years, then in Oklahoma City, OK, for 5 years. In July of 1973 he retired from service
