ABOUT THE MISSION:
Hero Slates served his country with 273rd Field Artillery Battery fighting in The Battle of the Bulge, & on the Beach of Normandy where he was awarded the Bronze Star. Hero Slates attained the rank of Corporal.
PRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 18 May 2017
- Primary Staging Time: 1300 P.M.
- We will stage at 1300 Thurs 18 May 17 At the Ferry Funeral Home, 301 S Washington, Nevada, Mo. Briefing at 1315, Flag line at 1330, for service at 1400, followed by escort to Sheldon Cemetery, Sheldon Mo for committal service with full military honors. Weather forecast PC hi of 86. Water furnished Escort will be approx 15 miles at highway speeds. Check flag mounts.
